Add-ons // Office 365 sign-in

  1. Ensure that you have enabled the single sign-on add-on successfully.

  2. Navigate to your unique Account URL, or to the default Timestamp secure URL:

    Account URL: https://{accountName}.ontimestamp.com
    Secure URL: https://app.ontimestamp.com

    Sign in

  3. When you enter your e-mail address the password field will disappear. Click Sign in.

  4. You will now be redirected based on your Office 365 sign in status.

Not signed into Office 365

If you are not currently signed in to Office 365 you will be redirected to the following screen:

Enter valid Office 365 credentials and click Sign in. You will be redirected back your unique Account URL and signed in to Timestamp.

Signed into the wrong Office 365 account

If you have more than one Office 365 account, and sign in using the same Web browser, you may be redirected to the following screen:

Click Sign-out and sign-in with another account. Select the correct account or click User another account.

You will be redirected back your unique Account URL and signed in to Timestamp.
